Communal organisations are relevant factor for the citizen`s quality of living, public economyand other subjects functioning. Their technical systems have defined obligations and criteriums, that they must acomplish during a specific time. That`s why maintenance of theirs technical systems must take into consideration all particularities as well as it must be systematicaly based (programmed), that the determined task could be permanently reached. Only by this approach, one of the postulate of the efiscient functioning of their`s systems could be accomplished. This very complex task requires permanent accomplishment of planed activities along with programmed material conditions providing, within the prognosed dynamics.
