Truck tire restoration, basicly is reduced to embedment of a new tread with purpose to prolong the life cycle of a qality tire, above all, from economic aspect. Considering that the modern truck tire are designed to satisfey reinforced demands for higher speed and tonnage, tread of the same tire can be used several times - util the moment of extermination of carcass - basic tire construction. Therefore, it is very important that the qualyty of tread is the same from the point of view, both - production tehnology and serviceabilyty terms (selection of dimensions and pattern design) This paper, above all, presents tread producton for truck tires recovery in "Tigar technical tire", company that has sistem of quality, implemented according the reqests of Standard ISO 9001: 2000 and ISO 14001 . The proces is worked out by stages with implications to the quality of final product.
