This paper gives a contribution of optimization of life cycle of agricultural machines. On one side, it shows four identified phases of a life cycle of agricultural machines. On the other side, critical issues of disposal period are analyzed - methods for identification of end of use period, end of life strategy, disposal techniques and analysis of structure of materials. Finally an assumption of unused tractors and combines is given.
