This paper presents the problem of line for montage seats in the BMW plant Leipzig. Assembling seats temporal must follow the montage process of cars Series 3 in Leipzig. Depending on the wishes of customers, the seats can be simple but and very complex, with many electric motors, special coating and additional systems. In this paper that process is modeled, analyzed and simulated in software AutoMod. The obtained results show time limits which can go when montage the seats and not to jeopardize the montage process of vehicles in the BMW factory. Based on these results, performed the planning and optimization montage process of seats, which must be aligned with the plans of montage themselves vehicles in factory.
