In this paper auxiliary facilities power supply scheme in TE Kostolac B has been analysed. It's concluded that selected scheme represents very bad solution in regard to plant's reliability and maintainability. Some corrections of power supply scheme are suggested. Reliability estimate proved that unreliability of applied power supply scheme can be decreased more than 10 000 times. Risk management would provide maximum benefit of use of a new scheme: important reducement of repair time. Reengineering of auxiliary facilities power supply scheme could be done with minor investment and little working hours.
