The work procedure and quality management during military aircraft parts catalogue conceptual design and creation were shown in this paper. The principles of system quality management applied in real working practice through description of working team organization, personnel leading, training and professional education of team members in quality domain were shown and outlined. From the beginning, it was clear, that any existing quality management model could not be applied, but to develop specific model inherent to company and task being worked on. Achieved quality system and quality management during task practice has enabled to acquire a quality product that in later application in aircraft service provides quality and reliable aircraft maintenance, simple and fast spare parts and assembly replacement.
