Within the current
paperwork, we analyze an active system of state support for small
entrepreneurship in Russian Federation, modern institutions and instruments of
implementation of state policy for stimulation of small business. We have
conducted an analysis of activity results of Russian funds for development of
investment-innovative processes in small and medium sized business. Ways for improvement
of state support measures for small entrepreneurship in Russia were proposed.
