TECHNOLOGICAL CAPACITIES AS SCG CHANCE FOR THE INVOLVEMENT INTO THE GLOBALIZATION PROCESSES

In comparison with the industrial production realization in record 1989, the present production level is lower by about 3 times in average. With some industrial branches, such decrease is more than 10 times. The equipment and the infrastructure owned by domestic industrial systems may be subjected to reengineering thus enabling the production function to be used for domestic and foreign markets. In such a way, main problem in SCG would be solved, i.e., enormous unemployment rate and low wages.
