POSSIBILITIES FOR KNOWLEDGE CERTIFICATION OF NATIONAL MAINTENANCE EXPERTS

New production and information technologies, as well as intelligent production system, are based upon knowledge. That demands intensive and constant education of people. Very small number of engineers can detain its competence without constant and continually education. The most of them needs permanent knowledge development through carrier if they want to stay concurrent in their field of work. On the other hand companies also need that their engineers maintain and improve level of knowledge if they have intention to stay concurrent on the market. In this paper authors deals with possibilities for knowledge certification of national maintenance experts.
